Key holding, Security and Maintenance

To ensure your continued piece of mind, we are able to perform security and maintenance checks at your property when vacant.

We will visit the property on a regular basis and provide a concise report detailing information relating to the condition of the property.
In certain instances, as part of our service, we will provide our clients with digital photographs to accompany our report.

In the event of any immediate action being required in the way of fixing leaky pipes, broken windows or other damage that can happen even in an unocupied property, we can get things started protecting your property from damage while we e-mail you for instructions or to offer you options for getting things back to normal.

If your property is let for a long-term period, we can also arrange regular visits whilst your tenants are living at your property.
Should you require a key holding service only for guests and emergencies, we can assist here as well.
