Pre-Season Clean – Your property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to guests arrival, this service will include:
• Apartment/Villa aired.
• Beds made & dressed incl. Sofa-beds (if required).
• Bathrooms/Shower rooms checked, cleaned and towels provided.
• All kitchen surfaces and cupboards checked and cleaned.
• All appliances checked and switched on.
• Furniture dusted and polished.
• All floors cleaned.
• Window frames and sills cleaned.
• All outside furniture cleaned ready for use.
• All outside areas swept and clean, (balconys/verandas mopped).
• Welcome pack available if requested.
Mid-Stay Clean – This service is recommended to guests who are staying at the property for 7 nights or more
• Change of linen – beds made up and dressed incl. Sofa-beds.
• Fresh towels and tea towels provided.
• Bathrooms/shower rooms cleaned
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and polish surfaces.
• Removal of any rubbish.
• Removal of any finger prints etc from patio doors.
Exit Clean – This service is performed following each departure and prior to the next guest arrival.
• Mattress protectors fitted (if required).
• All linens removed and laundered (Laundry charged separately).
• Cupboards, wardrobes and drawers cleaned internally and externally.
• Removal of any finger prints etc from patio doors.
• All floors swept and mopped.
• All bathrooms/shower rooms cleaned.
• Rubbish removed and all bins sanitised.
• Kitchen work surfaces cleaned.
• All kitchen appliances cleaned inside and out.
• All appliances switched off (if required).
• Furniture dusted and polished.
• Outside furniture and area cleaned.
