Property and Development Monitoring and Snagging

We are happy to introduce new owners to our property snagging service.

Once the property/development has been completed you will be notified by your developer when the property is ready to be snagged in preparation for the handover process.

Some new owners find that the additional visit to Cyprus, cost, timing and inconvenience are an expenditure they can do without.
Flamingo’s snagging service is on hand to deal with this situation for you, where we will attend and snag the property with the developer.

From this meeting our clients and your developer will receive a full and concise report of any snags found at the property, together with digital photographs of problem items. Once the developer has notified you the snags have been rectified, we will be happy to return to the property on your behalf and inspect the remedial works.
